per night for (single or) double occupancy.
Extra person beyond

Rates are for single (1 bed) or double rooms (2 beds) All rooms in the motel have two beds, so do rooms 2 and 4 in the B&B. Single rooms: B&B rooms 1 and 3. Max. adults per room: 2 for a single room, 4 for a double room.

a HealthyLite breakfast, buffet style, during peak season:

- Motel: $98 - $125
Low-season
rates:
- B&B: $65 - $92
- Motel: $70 - $92
Off-season
rates:
- B&B: $48 - $68
- Motel: $58 - $72
- Extra person beyond double occupancy:
$15 per night
- Cot, crib or rollaway bed: $10 surcharge
- Pets (no cats, only small dogs may be allowed):
